Starting in 2022, the Critical Education Project aims to host a Regional Conference on Education, Democracy and the Economy each spring. We’ll rotate through the region and each conference will focus on a different theme related to teacher-led inquiry on democracy, education, and the economy.

Information About Regional Conferences
- Regional conferences will be held annually in the spring.
- The regional conference will be on a Friday – with an outdoor activity on the following Saturday.
- The planned rotation of locations is as follows:
- 2022 – Haida Gwaii
- 2023 – Terrace
- 2024 – Gitlaxt’aamiks
- 2025 – Smithers
- 2026 – Kitimat
- 2027 – Prince Rupert
